These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InstantCarBid.com, operated by ICB Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using this website or submitting a vehicle offer request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Instant Car Bid connects private vehicle sellers with a network of state-licensed, bonded dealers and buying centers. We are not the final purchaser of every vehicle; purchases are completed by licensed dealers within our network. Each buying center may have slightly different policies, and your assigned buyer will confirm the exact terms that apply to your transaction.

2. Offers and inspections

All offers are estimates based on the information you provide and current market data, and are subject to a visual inspection of the vehicle. If the vehicle's actual condition differs from what was described, the final offer may change. Offers are valid for a limited time and may expire or be adjusted based on market conditions.

3. CarMax offer guarantee

Our commitment to beat CarMax offers applies to valid, written, in-store CarMax offers that are still valid at the time our buyer bids your vehicle. Proof of the written offer is required.

4. Loan payoffs

Where applicable, loan payoffs of up to $100,000 are sent to your lender within 10 business days of completing your transaction. Posting times depend on your lender. If your payoff amount exceeds the agreed purchase price, you are responsible for the difference unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

5. Title and ownership

You represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorized to sell it) and that all information you provide is accurate. Title transfer and liability removal are completed as part of the purchase process by the licensed dealer.

6. Communications consent

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Instant Car Bid and its partner buying centers about your offer request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.

7. No warranty

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that an offer will be made for every vehicle.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICB Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
